First Time Home Buyers make up about 32% of customers purchasing Real Estate

A First Time Home Buyer is a borrower who has not owned real estate within the last three years. The borrower could have previously owned homes in his/her life but if not in the last three years then all of the incentives and benefits are there for their use.

Here is the standard processing check list for a borrower who has a W-2'd job

1.) Two years W-2’s and two most recent paystubs

2.) Two months of bank statements (all pages) from the account that will be the source of funds

3.) Two forms of I.D. (Usually a driver’s license and a passport)

4.) Prior to pulling a credit report we will send you a borrower’s authorization form that is e-signed

Here is a standard check list for a self-employed borrower

1.) Two years tax returns (personal & corporate) along with any available 1099’s

2.) Two months of bank statements (all pages) from the account that will be the source of funds
