First Time Home Buyers make up about 50% of customers purchasing Real Estate (March 2025)
A First Time Home Buyer is a borrower who has not owned real estate within the last three years. The borrower could have previously owned homes in his/her life but if not in the last three years then all of the incentives and benefits are there for their use.

A Year Ago
Here is the standard processing check list for a borrower who has a W-2'd job
1.) Two years W-2’s and two most recent paystubs
2.) Two months of bank statements (all pages) from the account that will be the source of funds
3.) Two forms of I.D. (Usually a driver’s license and a passport)
4.) Prior to pulling a credit report we will send you a borrower’s authorization form that is e-signed
5.) If you are refinancing, we will get the info on your home such as the declarations page of your insurance, a copy of your survey, a recent mortgage statement and a copy of your owners title policy if you can find it
