In a nut shell the two improvements are:
1.) The program is now open to every profession, not just front line workers like police, nurses, doctors , teachers etc. This is a good move so somebody like a school bus driver doesn’t have to worry if he/she qualifies or not.
2.) The powers that be increased the benefit from $25,000 to $35,000 in some cases.
