The 0% Down Purchase program is an exclusive offering that provides qualified borrowers with a 3% down payment assistance loan, up to $15,000, from the Lender. This program is designed to help more borrowers purchase a home with no down payment.
To be eligible for this program, at least one borrower must be a first-time homebuyer, which is defined as someone who has not had ownership interest in a home in the last 3 years.
The borrower must have a FICO score of 700 or higher, and the Loan-to-Value (LTV) must be greater than 95%, up to 97%.
Borrowers can also benefit from the flexibility to choose when and how often they want to make payments on the second lien,
Payments on the second lien can be made throughout the loan term, but are not required. The borrower can payoff the second lien when the home is refinanced, sold or at the 30 year mark if they are still in the same loan
