Lake Worth Beach is a small company that works with the largest wholesale lender in the country. This week we closed a loan that the largest Retail/Wholesale lender in the country could not get done.
This makes us very happy on many levels. In this case it wasn’t the borrower who was the issue for Rocket, it was the building the customer was purchasing in.
My favorite lender has a “project Team” that is especially designed to look at HOA’s, budgets, condo questionaires, pending litigation and work in progress.
They took the time to investigate all of the details and eventually made a very wise decision.
