April 6th, 2022 was a big day for Lake Worth Beach Mortgage
Today was a big day for our company because our favorite source in the country lowered their parameters on what they are willing to lend on. As of today, they will look at conventional loans all the way down to a 620 middle credit score. Previous to today the guideline was 640 middle score.
This is big news because in years past we would have to shop out that loan just to do it. In most cases the Alt-A lenders are not great to work with when it comes to moving fast. Now we no longer need to ship them out because we can do that loan with our favorite lender.
